Each Shimmy Shudder strap is handcrafted with care in Austin, Texas. Every order is inspected, packed, and shipped securely so it arrives ready to play.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
If you select the optional Anti-Slip Grip addition, please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing, as each grip is applied and cured by hand before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $35 or more.
Orders under $35 will display the calculated shipping rate at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We ship using both USPS and UPS, depending on package size and destination.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Typical domestic delivery takes 2–5 business days after shipping.

Packaging

Each strap is carefully wrapped and protected to prevent creases or hardware scuffs.
We believe your unboxing experience should feel as good as your first jam with a new strap.
